Abstract:
    An electrostatic conducting device for film laminating machine is a preheating device, which is on the laminating machine and used for electrostatic prevention and controlling laminating film with temperature. It is mainly composed of a pair of laminating film rubber rolls installed on the support rack or the wall panel, a pressure regulator for rubber roll, a rubber roll bearing and bearing seat, a side stay panel, a front guide plate and a back guide plate and a hand wheel, it is characterized by that: its electrostatic shielding cover is made of the metal material, and is installed on the external surface of the laminating film rubber roll by the support rack, by the smooth external surface of electrostatic shielding cover, finally the non-drying adhesive film or the cold pasting film is rolled into the laminating film area of two laminating film rubber rolls, accomplishing the laminating technology of the laminated members, the non-drying adhesive film winding drum can unfold the rubber film with pressing the external surface of electrostatic shielding cover, the die cavity inside the electrostatic shielding cover is provided with a reinforcing rib, an electro-heat device, a temperature controller, a connector base of electrostatic discharge, and so on, so the electrostatic conducting device basically solves the qualitative influence, which is resulted from a large of static electricity created by the laminating during non-drying adhesive film or cold pasting film having cold pasting and heated with low temperature and carried by himself acting on cold pasting and laminating.
