Abstract:
    The invention properly exposes a lot of kinds of photographic papers having different color development characteristics in accordance with the color development characteristics. A laser intensity switching part 71 switches the intensity of laser light emitted from a laser light source 61 to three levels of the high level, the middle level, and the low level. The intensity of laser light is given to a laser intensity detector 66 and is stably kept on the basis of feedback control. An AOM control part 72 changes the laser intensity reduction rate in an AOM 2 in accordance with the type of a photographic paper to be exposed.
