Abstract:
     The production process of multicolour rubber slipper upper includes the following steps: using mixing mill to press-mix the rubber, adding pigment and various auxiliary materials and repeatedly mixing them to obtain rubberized fabric, cooling and cutting into strips or blocks according to the slipper upper die size requirements, splicing the relevant coloured rubberized fabric strips or blocks into the coloured form according to the colour designed requirements, then vulcanization or boiler steam machining to form the invented product. Said invention provides a new variety of slipper upper with novel style and bright colour.
