Abstract:
    The invention relates to a turn-lock fastener (1) for a shoe, having a turning member (11) rigidly coupled with a driving axle (8) and a headwheel (25) coupled with the turning member (11), characterized in that it is improved such that the closing process, as well as the opening process, can be carried out quickly. This is achieved in that, for the closing process, when there is no load, or insignificant load, on the headwheel (25) due to the tension element (28), no speed reducing ratio, or a lower one, operates between the turning member (11) and the headwheel (25) than when there is a load, or a heavier load, on the headwheel(25).
