Abstract:
    The utility model provides a shoe pad without wetting socks. It is composed of at least one mutual fixed water absorbing layer consisted of hair pulp, chemical fiber and macromolecule water-absorbing resin via high temperature and pressure between the fabric upper-layer and the fabric under-layer. The water absorbing layer also can be added cotton, paper-making, wood-pulp and woody fiber and so on the water-absorbing materials, and deodorant and bacteria remover. One or more than one ventilation and anti-wrinkle layers made by silk screen materials are clipped between the fabric upper-layer and the fabric under-layer. When the shoe pad is fabricated, one or more water absorbing layers are clamped between the upper-layer and the under-layer of the fabric and the layers are sutured together, then re-sutured to be the wrapping; then the fabricating technology is simplified and the production efficiency is enhanced, so the cost is obviously decreased. It also can adopt the high temperature and pressure machinery stitching mode to fix the several layers together; in addition, the rhombus stitch or stitching wire substitutes the former transverse or vertical stitch, so the shoe pad is uneasy wrinkled and more comfortable.
