Abstract:
    Shoes capable of regulating length or size include a shoe surface with a heel and this heel has a posterior wall streching around a heel. There is at least one laminated shim loosen connected with the posterior wall inside the heel. This laminated shim contains a middle part, first and second ends on two relevant sides of the middle part, a first surface facing posterior wall and a second surface relevant to the first surface. A branch of belt is set on the posterior wall through the unit and is connected with the laminated shim. It can pass through the unit through moving the belt. When passing through the unit by pulling the belt, this belt is tightened and the laminated shim moves inward until it ties to the feet in the shoes.
