Abstract:
    The elastic plant fiber shoe sole relates to a component of shoe, especially a sole which uses the vegetable fiber spring layer as sock. It provides a sole which is provided with good elastic force performance, permeability and environment protecting performance. The sole is at least provided with three layers and they are topcoat, natural vegetable fiber spring bedding and substratum layer and they are orderly placed from upper to lower. A water nature adhesive layer is provided between the topcoat and the bedding and a hot-melt adhesive layer is provided between the bedding and the substratum layer and the topcoat is textile material layer. The natural vegetable fiber spring bedding is that the natural vegetable fiber is in three-dimensional space and disorderly arranged into elastic bedded product and the bedding is palmae fiber spring layer or coir fiber spring layer. The sole uses the coir spring layer provided with specific structure as packing block or bedding and belongs to natural vegetable fiber product and the principal raw material is coir fiber or natural emulsion. The sole adopts natural material and dose not add any chemical constituent in processing and the sole is provided with the advantage of nature, non-poison, air transmission, water filtering, medium elasticity, moisture proofing, moth proofing, even supporting, high durability and non-perishable deformation when the sole is formed.
