| Prepared high purity rare earth-doped non-oxide glass in molten state is made to permeate into prepared homogeneous high purity nanometer level porous silica glass substrate to prepare nanometer level rare earth-doped non-oxide glass or composite microcrystal group-silica glass optically enlarging material. The composite material has luminous rare earth component and excellent chemical and mechanical performance, can form gradient distribution of rare earth-doped non-oxide glass or microcrystal group in silica glass, and has the capacity of direct welding with quartz optic fiber for signal transmission. | |||
