Abstract:
     The present invention relates to an one-dimensional photon crystal multichannel filter, and is characterized by that it uses two different one-dimensional photon crystals to form photon crystal quantum trap structure, and selects proper structure parameter and dielectric constant matching ratio to make the photon energy band of quantum trap, i.e. intermediate photon crystal just fall in the barrier region, i.e. photon energy gap of photon crystals of two ends. Because of quantum limit effect to light wave energy level can produce quantization, and the number of periods of photon crystals in the quantum trap area can be changed so as to obtain the invented multichannel filter.
