| An eye glass optical filter having super-high mechanical intensity comprises a glass substrate 12, one side of which is coated with zinc sulfide layer 1, aluminum oxide layer 2, zinc sulfide layer 3, silver 4, zinc sulfide layer 5, silver 6, zinc sulfide layer 7, silver 8, zinc sulfide layer 9, titanium Oxide layer 10 and silica layer 11 in turn. It is not only increasing the cutoff depth of ultraviolet and infrared, but increasing the integral transmissivity of visible light and improving the rectangular characteristic. Besides, a great improvement is made in the material collocation. Titanium Oxide has higher hardness, smaller stress than aluminum oxide and a strong binding force with zinc sulfide. Accordingly, adhesive force and mechanical property of layers are greatly improved. Besides, it is wet heat resistant and salt fog resistant, so the service life is greatly prolonged. | |||
