Abstract:
    The method of locating figure in the center of earpiece plate material includes setting raised points in the upper mold and the lower mold for forming, setting the earpiece plate material inside the lower mold and heating both the upper mold and the lower mold, downward pressing the upper mold to form earpiece plate material with notched points; cooling; setting the earpiece plate material in the operation platform with corresponding raised points of the punch; and final punching the earpiece plate material with the figure in the center. The said process makes it possible to make united beautiful earpieces.
