Abstract:
     A high-reflectivity reflector used in laser device and optical instrument is aimed at widening the working region of multi-layer medium film reflector without special coupling layer on connected position of different wave lengthes and is made up by alternatively plating high- and low-refractivity medium materials on substrate. It is one time wider than the conventional high-reflectivity reflector for 1/4 wave length, so replacing more reflectors with different wave lengthes and having low cost.
