Abstract:
     This is the visibility survey method and visibility monitor meter. It use mathematical video camera, and multiple target, and digital picture mechanism, to imitate the mankind eye's feature to gains the brightness contrast degree of the target, then to gain the function curve between the visibility Vr and brightness contrast degree CVr=f(C), to realize the survey the visibility under the daylight. By the above measurement of distinguishable parameter for the fixed distance body can qualitatively calculate the fog consistency and the visibility of each distance.
