Abstract:
     A movable meteorological observation system of sea based on virtual instrument is prepared by connecting weather observation station, compass device and global positioning system to computer through interface and setting above said devices on ship, using master program in computer to combine virtual instrument generated by master program for controlling and sampling external equipment for carrying out wind speed vector operation and averaging for collected data and storing and displaying real wind speed and original data.
