    A error control device of skip water meter is prepared as opening two small holes at bottoms of left and right water chambers on skip water meter near to isolation plate separately, connecting two holes by two trickle tubes not connecting through to each other, sheathing two trickle tubes into thick water collecting tube to lead residual water in said chambers to a small skip bucket for carrying out secondary accurate metering.
