Abstract:
     Disclosed is a method for forecasting weather with climate symptoms. The method is characterized in that it can release the forecast earlier with higher accuracy than prior method. Wind can be a weather symptom. Atmospheric precipitation in future 3 months, temperature and extreme temperature variation trend in future 3 months and half a month can be forecasted according to south wind, south-west wind, wind level and whether it has rain. Cloud also can be a weather symptom. Precipitation and disaster precipitation weather process from current day to in 8 days can be forecasted according to the cloud category, shapes, colors, cloud appearance orientation, time and shifting direction.
