Upper the said housing is also located with multi spin button for control sensing signal processing and data out circuital. If chaining the precursor to the handle bar, the barometric pressure sensor and temperature sensor will send the sensing signal induction to sensing signal processing and data output circuit, the sensing signal processing and output circuit output the result to the displaying screen connected with it through comparison and operation processing, and displays all sorts of meteorological data, the user can determine whether or not to continue to move or adopt protective measure to avoid generating a matter of accident though it.
