It can apply the over-sheath electric resistance detecting device with the temperature of 175Deg. C, and the pressure of 120MPa. The invention can generate hydraulic pressure to push the detector of well-detecting device to cling the well wall, and the piston can be controlled at any position of designed distance and the pushing force can be adjusted.
