Abstract:
     The invention relates to a broadband short-wave infrared laser image detector, belonging to the infrared detecting technique. It comprises a frame, optical converter for converting the short-wave infrared laser optical into visible light, an optical coupler, and a visible light imager. Wherein, the upper converting plate is mounted with an electric seize upper convert material deposit layer; the visible light imager is a silicon array detector; and it also comprises a image processor. The invention has the image detecting ability of broadband short-wave infrared laser, with high resolution, sensitivity, quick response, reliable property, lower cost, and wider application.
