Abstract:
     The invention relates to an anti-chatter device of a carbon fiber positive pole thrumb in proportional counter tube which is an improvement of an astronomic observer structure. The carbon fiber positive pole thrumbs are fixed on the two ends of the proportional counter tube; one end of the proportional counter tube possesses a spring; a vertical holdback which is formed by the isolating material is positioned around the spring with the gap 0.05mm-0.2mm. The vertical holdback structure is covered outside the guiding pipe or the holdback net or on a plurality of holdback rods around the spring. The gap between vertical holdback and the spring is 0.1mm.
