| A solid-state detector array architecture used in radiation imaging system, pertaining to radiation detection technical field, comprising a plurality of scintillating crystals and photodiodes coupling with the crystals. The structural characteristics of the solid-state detector array architecture are: each scintillating crystal and photodiode are cemented, solidified, and coated with a reflecting layer to form a single detector. All detectors are put in order successively, insulated from each other by partitions, and solidified. The bottom of each photodiode is equipped with an insulator. Each partition and insulator are rabbeted on a metallic channel to form the detector array. Lead plate and sponge rubber layer are provided on the detector array, contained in metallic cover, and fixed on a metallic channel slab. Compared with prior art, the utility model is characterized by light protection, moistue resistance, vibration insulation, anti-electromagnetic interference, and convinient installation and maintenance; anti-scattering and anti-interference capabilities are also improved to greatly improve the definition of imaging. | |||
