Abstract:
    A solid detector array structure in radiation-imaging system is prepared as forming single detector by bind-solidifying each flash crystal with photoelectric diode and coating reflection layer on them, isolating and solidifying isolation plate being used to arrange detectors in sequence, jacketing insulator at bottom of each said diode, embedding isolation plate and insulator on metal groove plate to form detector array, covering lead plate and foamed rubber layer on said array and using metal shell to fix them on metal groove plate.
