| The invention relates to a positive electron scanning imager, wherein it is formed by one couple or several couples of opposite two-dimension array position sensitivity radiation detectors; the radiation resource is the photon couple with reversed motions and emitted by disappeared positive and passive electron couple inside the detected object; the effective detecting space of one or several couples of detectors forms the sensitive area of whole detector system, while the detected object is in the sensitive area; the two-dimension array radiation detector is formed by single-layer or multilayer constant working gas space separated by insulated wires. The invention uses large-scale array detector, with large effective detecting area, to bear high-frequency ray radiation, to shorten the imaging time and improve the image quality. And the detector system uses gas detector, with low cost, stable property, and improved efficiency. | |||
