    This invention discloses a method to accurately locate book in library, which comprises the following steps: determining library book information step and determining library position information, wherein, the library book information adopts RFID technique for sensing read and the position information uses infrared sensor. This invention also discloses one system to located library, which comprises electron label, RFID reader, infrared sensor, record generation unit, buffer memory, coding module and decoding module and database.
