Abstract:
     The method for measuring residual charge capacity of cell is characterized by that it makes the cell discharge for a small period of time, and at the same time measures the end voltage value of cell and its discharge current value, and uses that the end voltage of the cell and discharging rate in said period of time possess an inversely-proportional proportionality constant to obtain the discharge rate, then multiplies the discharge current by said discharge rate so as to obtain the residual charge capacity.
