Abstract:
    A test system, A relay 20, which is connected to handlers 30A, 30B and a tester 40, collects some information on the working condition of these devices, counts the number of objects, and sends the information and the number to a server 50A and a memory 50B. The server 50A, on the basis of the collected information and quantity, calculates operating time of the handlers 30A, 30B and the tester 40 which is required to test unit number of the objects, and search or grope efficient combination of the handler and the tester referring to the operating time in the next inspection.
