| To carry out setting input display of a batch operation type crystallizer apparatus and automatic operation of the can apparatus while measuring, the conductivity of a slurry at high precision by employing an insulation type conductivity meter. A conductivity meter comprises a pair of electrodes set on the opposite to each other and coated with an insulator in the whole surface areas and measures the conductivity in the peripheral areas of the electrodes by applying high frequency current to the electrodes. Such a conductivity meter is installed in this crystallization can. While the conductivity of a slurry being monitored by the conductivity meter, the crystalline can is manually operated and the output of the conductivity meter at every control time and the movements of operation valves are previously stored and based on the stored values, the opening and closing operation of the valves are controlled. | |||
