Abstract: |
|||
| An instrument for judging and recording the illegal use of electric energy by comparing two monitored current values features use of an undercurrent and undervoltage timer and two additional current-monitoring mutual inductors. Said undercurrent and undervoltage timer is used to compare two signals, one being output current of consumed current monitoring mutual inductor connected serially with load circuit and another being output current of current metering mutual inductor connected serially with correspondent phase current winding in kilowatt-hour meter. If the resultant value is not zero, it is judged as illegal use and the time period is recorded. | |||
