Abstract:
     The invention discloses a series motor speed sensor for a full auto washer, comprising stator component, rotor component, and stator coil output leads, where 16 magnetic pole jaws inside the circular metal casing of the stator are opposite by twos and circularly staggered and fastened outside the PP (polypropylene) coating inside the stator coil; the stator component can be a metal casing or a metal casing coated with a PP layer both outside and inside; the rotor component can be a permanent magnet, or fully coated wit PA (nylon) on the surface of the rotor, or make circular outer edge of the rotor naked and the rest coated with PA (nylon). And it has characters of compact structure, small bulk, steady output voltage signal, lower loss, and good electrical insulating property.
