Abstract:
    The invention discloses a micro atoms gyroscope, which includes vacuum glass chamber, alkali metal release agent, angle valve, double flange and ion pump, biasing magnetic field base, atomic chip connected with the supporting base, the supporting base installed in the vacuum glass chamber, the vacuum glass chamber connected with the four-way through the double flange, the four-way respectively connected with the angle valve, ion pump, feed-through flange. The invention is structure simple, feasibility strong, measurement accurate, and widely used for inertial navigation.
