Abstract:
     This invention discloses a multifunctional free-electrophoresis technology, including device, method and an equivalent neutralizing detecting technique. This invention features that the different isoelectric points for amphiprotic matter are used as its basis. By the change in pH value of buffer liquid, amphiprotic matter may be separated, concentrated, dialyzed and estimated for its isoelectric points. This invention is suitable for the separation, purification, concentration and dialysis of not only great quantity of: but also small quantity of such matters as amino acid, polypeptide, protein and nucleic acid, even if virus, to estimate the isoelectric points.
