Abstract:
     This invention discloses an automatic tester for the pin hole and withstand voltage of enamelled wire. It is composed of enamelling device, pin hole sampler, withstand voltage sampler, sampling gate, alarm indication circuit, audio alarm driver, counting display circuit, audio generator, power supply, casing and front panel. The pin hole and withstand voltage samplers (mercury slot) and sampling gate are used to sample the pin holes and withstand voltage value and test them. The tested results are provided for user in counting display and audio alarm modes. This tester is suitable for the automatic monitor to quality during enamelling the wire.
