Abstract:
     A detector for lubrication condition of friction pair consists of D.C. source, a gate by which is carried out logical operation, a high frequency impulser and frequency scaler circuit by which are obtained measured data. The circuit design in this invention is simple, detection accuracy is high. Detected accuracy of actual lubrication condition of bearing can be attained up 0.1 microns, the transient conditions can be displayed to discriminate conditions of bearing operation. It is used for detection of lubrication performance of lubrication oils, it can be used in laboratory, also in industrial site.
