Abstract:
     Based on existing probe composed of exciting coil and test coil, each of following three measures or their different combinetions are taken: a magnetic circuit is arranged for exciting coil or test coil, or a conpensating coil is added between exciting and test coils to obtain such advantages as strong output signals, low exciting power and short length. It can be used to test the pipe thickness, electric and magnetic conducting properties, and the damaged or abnormal position of ferromagnetic or non-ferromagnetic electric conducting pipe, tubular parts and pipeline.
