Abstract:
     This invention discloses an microwave plasma emitted spectrum analyzer for testing trace elements in oil, which is mainly composed of microwave generator, resonator, monochrometor, light-collecting lens, photomultiplier tube, and recorder or microcomputer processing unit. Ultrasonic atomization sample is used. Through heating-water cooling-desolvation with concentrated sulfuric acid, microwave generator is coupled with resonator to generate plasma torch. This invention features wide test and linear range, high precision and low pick-up limitation.
