Abstract:
In the present invention, 0Cr18Ni9 steel through hydrogenation is used as standard specimen. Standard steel specimens with various H,O and N contents are prepared through the control of hydrogen gas content in mixed H2-Ar protection gas during hydrogenation and different smelting processes. When the H2 content in mixed gas is 15-100%, the H content in specimen is 2-6 ppm. The contents in steel specimens are: For steel smelted in arc furnace, (O) 50-150 ppm, (N) 150-350 ppm; For steel smelted in vacuum furnace, (O) 30-50 ppm, (N) 150-180 ppm; For steel refined outer furnace after being smelted in arc furnace, (O) 50-100 ppm, (N) 180-300 ppm.
