Abstract: |
|||
| The present invention relates to a multielectrode sensor for detecting dissolved oxygen, which consists of an insulation cover plate, elements arranged on substrate such as working electrode, checking electrode, reference electrode, auxiliary electrode and platinum thin film resistor and electrolyte. It is used for measuring dissolved oxygen, gaseous oxygen partial pressure and solution conductivity. Besides it can implement temp. measurement and temp. correction to above-mentioned parameters. It has the advantages of that its sensitivity is high, respone speed is quick, subjected interference resulted from measured substance flow is small, and its electrodes are not easy to suffer contamination and poison, and can be automatically corrected at any time, its service life is long and so on. | |||
