Abstract:
     This ultrasonic tester is suitable for the in-line concentration test of hydrogen peroxide solution dring its production with electrolysis method or the components analysis of other binary mixed liquid. A device to remove air bubbles and granular impurities mixed in the liquid to be tested is arranged in this instrument for the normal operation under the condition that clonic bubbles exist. More temp-sound-time curves for different concentrations are stored to realize autometic temp compensation in a wide range (concentration range: 0-38% and temp range: 25-50.5 deg.C). The technique of increasing its sending and receiving capabilities is applied to improve test accuracy.
