Abstract:
     A stable menstruum prepared from sulfate or hydrochloride and the water for injection is added into a reserved standard urea solution and they are mixed uniformly to obtain a CP reagent, which is used later after such steps as loading it in tubes and freezing, sealing by smelting, leakage check and cleaning. Its advantages include simple technology, low cost, high stability, storage at ordinary temp, high specificity and sensitive and accurate reaction.
