Abstract:
     This method mainly features that the flowing direction of liquid medium to be tested is parallel to the direction of magnetic field. A magnetic head in this apparatus is composed of magnets and non-magnetic filling blocks with similar contour, which are parallelly and alternatively arranged and a group of "boot-like" pole shoes is close to its top. Yokes are installed under its bottom and at its both sides. Non-magnetic-conducting material is filled between pole shoes and between magnet and yoke to form interval magnetic fields with different strengthes of magnetic field. A current-limit plate made of the material that is not infiltrated by the liquid medium is put on a base plate. The batter of magnetic head is adjustable.
