Abstract:
     The invention recommends a testing and evaluating method for dispersivity of carbon black in plastics. The method is used in plastics industry and is very simple and practical and has higher accuracy and convenience than the present evaluating method. The main contents are to have size classification of carbon black grains in the specified view field under the telescope and to decide the pertinent weighting coefficient; and then the sum of products of the grain numbers multiplied by the weighting coefficient is used to evaluate the dispersivity. Besides, with comparison to various standard patterns and aided with graduated counting, the carbon black homogeneity is evaluated.
