Abstract:
     The present method refers to an Iodogen making method for determing rat rLE and rPRL. The Iodogen is dissolved in CH2Cl2, put in reaction tube, and dried at room temp.. The rLH or rPRL solution and PBS are put in the said reaction tube separately, agitated continuously after the addition of NaI solution and after the addition of PBS and settling followed by separating and purifying with glucose, balancing with PBS and eluting column. The eluents are collected by 30-40 tubes with automatic collector and their radioactivity finally determined in order of eluting. The present method has marking rate of 80%, radiochemical purity above 90%, stable immunoreactivity and good repeatability.
