Abstract:
     A manufacturing method for safety helmet casing includes the following steps: (1) preparing a fiberboard, (2) cutting yarns, (3) preparing airbags, (4) pre-forming materials, (5) forming, (6) finishing the helmet casing, namely trimming the semi-finished helmet casing by side cut, drilling hole operations to obtain a high quality helmet casing. The invented helmet casing has light weight, excellent strength and shockproof performance and puncture resistance.
