Abstract:
     The invention is achieved by the following method: adding a air inlet (3) based on a current living or working cap, a magnetic oxygen collecting means (2), and a oxygen enriched air output (4); when a worker puts on the hat, during his movement, air enters into the air output (3), then it becomes an isolated oxygen enriched air fluid through the magnetic oxygen collecting means (2), the oxygen enriched air is transferred to the worker's forehead and face through the oxygen enriched air output (4) which makes the suction volume be increased.
