Abstract:
     A kind of wool felt cap is made up of ordinary wool felt, fabric treating agent, dye and color fixating agent through made cap blank with wool felt, pretreating in PT solution at 60-80 deg.C for 5-10 min, immersion dyeing at 70-80 deg.C for 10-15 min, fixating color and post-treating in the solution at 40 deg.C for 10 min, baking at 150 deg.C for 3 min, baking at 100 deg.C, and varying its shape to needed style.
