Abstract:
     The production method of soft shell head-protecting helmet is characterized by that the shock-absorbing inert foamed sponge, foamed sponge and hard plastic chips are undergone the process of hot-pressing and forming treatment, then undergone the series steps of cutting and assembling so as to obtain a non-hard outer shell-soft shell helmet with hawksbill shell shaped appearance. Said invention soft shell head-protecting helmet is different from rigid outer shell of general safety helmet which can transfer impact energy to head and vertebrae to result in injury.
