Abstract:
     A stretch knit cap making process mainly comprising the steps of, adding the raw material yarn (over 50%) into elastic yarn (below 50%) to make spinning, weaving the spinning into cap blank slightly bigger than a predetermined size, shrinking the cap blank to needed size, steaming the cap blank by vapor or other thermal sources, and reshaping. The caps made by the process possess wider elastic dimensional range for meeting the requirement of head circumferences of different sizes.
