Abstract:
     A technology for manufacturing the knitted cotton T-shirt without ironing includes preparing finished knitted cotton T-shirt with clean and smooth surface, uniform shrinkage and 6-8 of pH value, spraying the ironing-free finishing liquid on said T-shirt to make its liquid content up to 80-100%, pre-drying at 70-80 deg.C until its liquid content is 5-30%, ironing with steam iron, and baking at 130-180 deg.C for 2-10 min in drying oven.
