    An impact wave simulation table of rotary collision is prepared as forming buffer system by four drum-shaped steel rope springs; forming rotation power system by track bracket, collision ball and rotary shaft; forming impact table system by impact table, collision support board, testpiece, transducer, etc; setting testpiece holding plate on impact table and connecting transducers on testpiece to data collection system by wire; connecting bottom of impact table with collision bracket being connected to collision support board and sticking buffer damping pad on collision support board.
