Abstract:
    The leakage rate detecting method for VIP obstructing film includes the following steps: setting the film on the workpiece stage and sealing the upper part; setting the test bench in detection position; starting the vacuum pump to vacuumize to below 20 Pa; beginning lead detection while setting the leakage rate in zero point; spray helium to the film surface and observing the reading number change, recording the obviously raised reading number as the leakage rate; or, covering the bench with spread film, and injecting helium to obtain the leakage rate.
